Westport WA Beach Clean Up & BBQ Bash

This upcoming Beach Trash and Plastic Cleanup in Westport, WA is also a BBQ After Party Bash. We will first meet on the beach for the Clean Up, and then enjoy a BBQ Bash afterward. Prizes will be awarded to kids who show the most effort and contribute to a fun and cooperative learning environment. Refreshments will be provided before, during, and after the Beach Cleanup Bash.

The town of Westport, located in Washington state, is known for its beautiful beaches and stunning natural landscapes. But unfortunately, like many coastal communities, it also faces the issue of pollution and litter on its shores. In an effort to combat this problem, a group of local organizations have come together to organize a beach cleanup and BBQ bash, and they are inviting everyone to join in on the fun.

On June 8th, 2024, Nature’s Partners, the Good Stewards Forest, Future Forest Rangers, and the Happy Hippies Beach Team are teaming up to host the Beach Trash and Plastic Cleanup in Westport, WA. The event promises to be a great day out on the beach, filled with good deeds, delicious food, and plenty of fun activities.

The day will kick off with a beach cleanup, where volunteers will gather to clear the shoreline of any trash and plastic debris that may have washed up or been left behind by visitors. But the fun doesn’t end there – after the cleanup, there will be a BBQ After Party Bash to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the volunteers. Some groups of people want to clean up the beach because sometimes there is trash and plastic that can hurt the animals and make the beach look dirty. They are asking for help from anyone who wants to come and join them.

Current Proposed Itinerary: First, we will meet on the beach and pick up all the trash and plastic. After that, we will have a big party with yummy food called a BBQ After Party Bash to celebrate the fun work and the sence of accomplishment. All the Kids who helped and idd their best effort will even win prizes!

There will be snacks and drinks provided throughout the day to keep everyone energized. The event is not just about cleaning up, but also learning about how we can take care of the environment. The local citizens of Westport will be happy that everyone is visiting enjoying the beach and working together to make the beach clean and beautiful.
